Used to have one and found it made reflections worse rather than better, some heavy curtains or a duvet behind the mic definitely works better imo

Yeah...I have one but personally dont think its great. ...just make your own with a bit of foam and some plywood if your keen.

FWIW these have been going fast on ebay, one left, b-stock and far better than any regular filter. Would work ok behind the mic or ideally with the mic facing you (towards the quietest part of the room) and the gobo placed behind you.
