If either pair are 4 ohms then you must not connect all four speakers to the amp - at best you'll overheat it and make it shut down, at worst you could blow the power transistors (even in a Peavey!).
If both pairs are 8 ohm then you can either connect all of them to the amp or you can daisy-chain them if one pair of cables won't reach. Connecting all four directly to the amp is better though, because that way one pair of cables is not having to handle double the current.

I thought it was worth asking about the impedance since a lot of Peavey 15" cabs are 4 ohm.
