Anyone Tried Moving the Middle Pup Next to the Bridge Like This?

Think it looks pretty cool for a partscaster project.  Maybe add a tele neck to really frank it up!

    The history of Robbie Robertson's modified Stratocaster is well-documented. I'm not sure that a Telecaster neck/Rhythm position pickup would help.

    I meant tele neck ( not pup) ala pawn shop style
