Matt Proctor makes a very small number of guitars each year
and also works for Saul Koll of Koll guitars. Here's the man:

Matt’s guitars are $4,500 - then add shipping and taxes - and
are, in my personal experience, better than CS guitars.

Only one of these green paisley Tele-style guitars is in
existence and it is in immaculate as-new condition. I have had it from new and
it has done just 2 gigs.
It plays beautifully, has a slick fast neck, the pickups are amazing and you have a 4th position for versatility.
You won't believe how thin the finish is and how wonderful the wood grain looks and feels. It is an immense work of art as well as being a truly great player.

It’s a wrench to let it go but I am scaling down my
collection and need a new amp.
