Modded the Cheap as chips Mustang........
Everything but the decal and the Scrathplate were "in stock" nice little project

Locking tuners
Replaced the headstock decal and lacquered
Polished the frets
Upped strings from 9's to 10's
Custom Scratchplate
Duncan JB pickup
CTS 250k solid shaft pots with .022 cap
Proper Fender Jazz Bass knobs
Schaller Starplocks
Full setup
Turned out nice...

Where'd you get the scratch plate? And do you have a template for it now? I was thinking of doing similar to mine.

@UnclePsychosis I got the scratchplate from ebay, heres a link....in the message to seller on checkout ask for no neck pickup or switch hole...

In other news, the height adjustment screws on the bridge adjust themselves down due to string vibration.......grrrrrr!
Will need to find new saddles or better quality bridge....or loctite!.....
