what would you like to know? 

Its an even taper neck, 12 to 14" radius, I think everything else is in the photos/description

What does the switch do? Split both humbuckers?

there is a pull tone as well, heres a breakdown of what it all does:

1. Bridge Humbucker / +switch Coil Split / +pull tone adds Neck
2. Bridge and Middle / +switch Bridge Humbucker Split and Middle / +pull tone adds neck
3. Middle Silent / switch has no effect / +pull tone adds neck
4. Middle and Neck / +switch Middle and Neck Humbucker split / +pull tone has no effect
5. Neck Humbucker / +switch Coil Split / +pull tone has no effect

no, this is how it came to me, as the conversion was done my TA themselves it could be considered "original" in a way - I presume they kept the single coil and pickguard when they did the conversion.
