I'd talk to the client to see whether dressing up and playing "funny-titled/pun-titled, death-related " songs would go down well.
Have a set- list of such titles on one sheet and a set-list of standard numbers on another and offer what's appropriate.  You'll then know your remit and who'' coffin up for it!
