Any suggestions for under £500?

Would prefer it with a cutaway

No cutaway, but the Vintage "Gordon Giltrap" 12 string sounds decent and plays nicely.

My first thoughts were Vintage Brett or Giltrap 12 strings. Both are excellent & very playable, neither has a cut away though.
