Could anyone recommend a good Dallas Rangemaster clone?? Are they all pretty much identical? What's the best you've come across regardless of price?

Buy a kit from Fuzzdog Pedalparts and build one yourself.  Cheap as chips and very simple.

Are you sure? £399 fuzz pedal built on vero board sounds like an absolute bargain to me

ARC effects gamut, there has been one in the classifieds recently in a big thread with lots of high end pedals but I think the seller might have withdrawn it.

they only have about 8 prts.   buy one from a diy builder on ebay.

I've had lots of Treble Boosters, my all time favourite is the Thundertomate Phil Hilborne one. They're not very common on ebay but when they do come up, they're quite affordable.

Catalinbread Naga Viper. Added Range control takes it from thick to very biting and everything in between. Much more usable than the originals. It's the only pedal I put in front of a dirty Marshall.
