He is great! He was a hard gigging Singer/songwriter for years (Features in the Austin to Boston film) before coming up with the Nightsweats.

Album gets a little same-y after a while but live they are brilliant, they segued Son of a Bitch into The Band's 'Shape I'm In' when I saw them last, brilliant!

Brilliant live. Get to see them if you can -very energetic band and they are great fun live. Plus his voice...man it’s better live than on the record.

Same here, but quickly found them quite contrived and samey. It did lead me via Spotify to similar much better bands, such as JD Mcpherson.

First heard him on there. Really enjoyed the albums I heard, but haven't listened to him for a few months now tbh.
