Is Soundcloud the best place to share my music?

As per the title really, is Soundcloud the best way of sharing recordings? I'm setting up a new Facebook page for my original stuff (ambient noodling type stuff) so need a way of hosting the audio. Thanks.

I have not investigated the Soundcloud side of MAGIX Samplitude Silver Cloud in any great detail (mainly because I have no original material to share and they ask you not to post copyright stuff) but it does look pretty easy to do.

SScloud also has a very good MP3 encoder in it. Very simple to use, just "Export as" and you get options, go MP3 and then you can set the quality/file size ratio you want. 

And all for Nuffin'!

Soundcloud is nice and easy to use, so I'd go for it.

Cheers guys. I've had a Soundcloud account for ages, the cover band clips are hosted there, but I want to keep those seperate, so I've set up a new SC account for this.

Just need to work out how to link it to the Facebook page as it keeps defaulting back to my personal Facebook profile not the new 'like' page I've set up.
