putting this up for a mate really, he's got an original 80's tc booster distortion driver thingy pedal. its cutting in an out intermitantly and we're not sure if its the switch or something else. turning the noise suppressor pot seems to make it cut out as well. i've had a look inside and it looks a bit scary mary so i put the lid back on. everything is hardwired to the pcb and the switch doesn't look coventional.
any ideas folks or is there anyone out there who does pedal repairs?

think i've just found the problem.
nobody panic and stay where you are........ i've fixed it. the big light grey cable near the middle was at breaking point. a quick re-solder and its sorted.
