Those are 0.22uF, not the 0.022uF you would probably want for a guitar tone control - so no! ;) Also the discussion has come up on here many times before re PIO caps, and the expert advice is that they honestly make no difference to the sound of your guitar - by all means use them if you think they look nice and don't mind paying the extra, but...

No - wrong value. You need 0.022uF not 0.22uF, or turning down the tone control will give a very muffled sound.

I'd use 0.022uF for bridge and if you can 0.015uF for neck

these may say 223k and 153k on them if using that  method of identification

0.022uF. Some people like a 0.018 or 0.015uF for the neck pickup, it's slightly less bassy when it's turned down.

It's probably worth mentioning again that the type/brand of the caps makes no difference, only the value. Some of the old PIO types do look cool though - and actually are probably better used in a guitar than almost anywhere else since they won't be subject to enough voltage to cause failures.

I've often use 0.01uF for neck and 0.015uF for bridge, and like the results from that, but I guess that's a personal preference - I would happily defer to @FelineGuitars above as sensible advice. I think the value considered standard for humbuckers is 0.022uF though, if you want to stick to that.
