online sources in the Uk that show you the wood you are buying are pretty slim..   The best source is a visit to david dyke, or a phone call if that's not possible

Another vote for David Dyke. I sent him a request for body blanks and tops for two guitars I was planning. He sent back a load of photos of likely candidates and that included exactly what I was looking for.
