For £100 there are a plethora available even at new prices. All of them overdub and features will be largely the same. I'd recommend one of the Harley Benton / Mooer / Joyo dual Looper cones which are all the same guts but different boxes and you can get a new one for about £80. 

You'd probably get a secondhand Boss RC3 for that money if you look carefully.
