The postage one always gets me.
"There's no way I'm posting this, but will deliver within 20 miles for the cost of diesel". Usually from a seller in Cornwall when you live near Scotland.
In other words "Even though it safely found its way to me from China it won't fit in an envelope so I'm too fucking lazy to box it up. I will reluctantly take more money from you for diesel though to sell you something for which I'm already receiving financial gain".
