Encore Strat

I am not a luthier but a bit of a tech and bring old electric guitars back to life when I get the chance and recently acquired an Encore Strat as a project. It is in remarkably good condition and I suspect that it has hardly been played.
I am after a machine head as I would prefer to replace with a stock item rather than fit a new set, the ones on the guitar do not have any markings and I have attempted to find something to match on the usual sites but short of buying another Encore I couldn't find anything, 

Also one of the string length adjusters on the bridge is missing, any help would be appreciated particulary with the machine head.

Have you tried contacting JHS directly?

They make the Encore range and, from their website, the Encore range uses Guitar Tech bits (also made by JHS).

I think it's unlikely you'll be able to buy just 1 machine head and one bridge saddle, maybe on Ebay.
