First impressions are WOW & OOOHHH. Sounds 3D, chunky, warm, huge. Just what I was after for my club blues trio gigs. Reverb sounds great too with a large spring tank. I bought completely ‘blind’ going by all the positive reviews and I’m glad I did. It’s like a very posh sounding Matchless/Hiwatt. Very happy with this one!

Yes, that’s my one. I paid for it online so was surprised when it didn’t come down. It has plenty of clean headroom for club/pub type gigs with the master maxed. I will be setting it on the edge of breakup and using 2 stacked clean boosts for drive. It really does sound amazing, glad I took a punt on it. My Friedman Buxom Betty might be on the block it’s that good.
