I’m on a months free trial starting today and am impressed so far, but what isn’t clear to me is if you go for the full package, do you have free access to all the tabs in mySongBook, or do you still have to pay per song or monthly subscription?

So far I have imported a couple of free ones from another site.

    I have the full program but it's still €2.99 a month for full my songbook access.  There's hundreds on Ultimate Guitar, 911 tabs etc though

    And you can’t download or save or edit the mysongbook ones can you? Can you print them?

    Oh, I'm not sure - I've never signed up for it.  I just went to check if I could open them after the OP's question.
