I quite like that.   I like an unusual construction style. 

I have seen a few things with a bent veneer frame before, it works a bit better with squarer edges and modern shapes

I liked the switch,  looks like it would be a bugger to do correctly.  

It should be a very strong construction.

Seller originally bought that as a Brian May Red Special from TPP. Was gutted when it arrived, not bearing the slightest resemblance to the photos in the ebay listing.

For me, the switch ruins the lines. I'm sure that top horn or whatever it is is strong, but it just looks so unsupported and flexible. I'd probably move the strap button to the heel or something.
