One was excellent, with superb attention to detail and was genuinely an exciting and challenging thing.
The other one was absolutely naff, with hardly any thought at all put into it.
So in short, I guess like most things, product quality varies depending on who is supplying it

It was amazing.
anyone done the Trappd escape rooms at Peterborough?

I went to the one at the Excel in London for my mate's stag. It was pretty good.
2 rooms, one easier than the other (both were tougher than they should have been as we were all half cut).
Both had hidden doors / rooms etc. Had to use endoscopes etc. to find some clues / keys. It was pretty well put together and enjoyable.
The easy one we escaped with about half an hour left on the clock, the harder one we got out but only with about 15 seconds to spare.
A good way to spend a few hours I'd say.
I can't help about the shape I'm in, I can't sing I ain't pretty and my legs are thin
But don't ask me what I think of you, I might not give the answer that you want me to
In short it is quite difficult.
Wife looking to book us in for my birthday, I might shove her in the door with a bowl of her stew then lock it and disappear to the pub for an hours peace, she'll never figure it out.
Doesn't look like it, Peterborough or Norwich are the closest
2 were really fun, one of those quite difficult. The third one was pretty simple despite being rated at medium difficulty, genuinely reckon I'd have escaped that one on my own with time to spare.
Definitely fun with the right group of people. But the quality of the challenges varies, so try to go for one with good reviews.
Had a great time. We keep on intending to return..
A friend also bought a DIY kit from website and set it up at his house for us, and that was brilliant too (although he made it a bit hard by putting in too many decoy clues!).
I'm gonna try that one out. One of the companies I've used have opened one in the Priestgate Vaults which are 'secret' corridors into the Cathedral. I imagine that'd be a good setting.
