I know a couple of ex drama teachers.
I'll ask them because one is a pro singer, one still teaches drama and both are a little older then me so they'll remember the decade better.

When I'm out of hospital I'll go and have a coffee with them and ask.

It's been horrible and this is the 3rd strike in 18 months. 
3rd time......just about got away with it I think.
Just..

Anyone who knows me knows I was a smoker so I have no room to move here but thanks all the same. I don't smoke anymore so I'm dodging bullets fired from decades ago now but I'm doing OK it seems.
There's emphysema too, not bad yet but there. 

It'd be nice to not die at 45 but if I do my history says I can't complain .

Worse things are going to happen today I think.

Nobody deserves to die young because they were a smoker mate, you take it easy and let's hope you make a speedy and full recovery.
