FS - various pedals including Hardwire, MXR, Maxon, Way Huge

BucketBucket Frets: 7751
Ok, time to offload some pedals. Everything you see here is in great condition and all in their original boxes. Most have Velcro underneath.

Here's what I have:

1) Way Huge Green Rhino mkII:

Very flexible compared to your usual Tube Screamers etc, lots of great sounds in it. £80.

2) Maxon Fire fuzz:

From the Fuzz Elements series. This is their take on the classic Roland Bee Baa circuit, which is a fabulous sound - very usable, can go from angry Big Muff territory into a violent, scooped buzzsaw of a sound that is much, much angrier than that. This is an absolutely fantastic fuzz and I wish I didn't have to get rid of it really, but needs must - it's not getting the use it should and I really need the money for other gear. Looking for £80.

3) Roger Mayer Metalloid:

A misleadingly named pedal - yes, you can get some classic heavy metal sounds from it, but think of it as a snarling rock distortion and you're much closer to the mark. Very versatile and tweakable, with an interesting approach to tone shaping from the dual gain controls for high and low frequencies. These were handmade and went for over £200 new - but all I'm asking is £90.

4) Electro-Harmonix Micro Metal Muff:

With Top Boost. Does what it says on the tin - unspeakably violent metal sounds. Simple to use and makes your guitar sound like the end of the world. Looking for only £25.

5) Maxon OD808X:

"Overdrive Extreme" - think between a Tube Screamer and a Rat in terms of gain. This was my main high-gain overdrive for a couple of years before getting my JHS Angry Charlie. Gives you a fantastic growling rock sound with the gain wound up. £70.

6) Hardwire TL-2 Metal Distortion:

My main metal sound for years. Fell out of use once I got my Mesa/Boogie and latterly, my Kemper, but is still a fantastic and very usable metal distortion - streets ahead of the Boss competition, for example. Usual Hardwire traits of brick-shithouse construction and the ingenious rubber StompLock to stop settings getting knocked, all present and correct. Fab pedal. And all for only £40.

7) Hardwire Supernatural ambient reverb:

Enormous, OTT, swirling, all-encompassing reverb sounds are the order of the day here - although if you REALLY want, it can do subtle as well. This was a limited-edition pedal developed with ProGuitarShop, now discontinued and quite possible to become a collectable item in future - and it sounds marvellous. Hours and hours of fun. Industry-standard, studio quality Lexicon algorithms, my favourites of which are the gorgeous, swirling Plate Mod and the fantastic Spring emulation. £100 is the cheapest you'll find it anywhere.

8) MXR Carbon Copy:

I'm sure we all know what this is and does - pretty much the industry standard analog delay pedal now. Extra flexibility from the built-in modulation, and all the classic bucket-brigade sounds you'd expect. I've used it for guitar and also occasionally bass, and it's great for either. These are £150-odd new, but I'm after a paltry £80.
