Amp build - heater query

I'm doing an Ampmaker P1800 18-watter and got a question about the heater wiring - from this diagram it looks like on the two leftmost, the preamp valves, pins 4 & 5 are jumpered (or wire run through from one to t'other) -

Should I connect those pins together? The notes don't explicitly say so, though best ask. Ta.

    Yes.
Google the data sheet for an ECC83/12AX7 and it will show you the pinouts.
Heaters, on a normal 6.3V supply are pins 4+5 together, and pin 9.

I prefer to use a small jumper wire to connect pins 4+5 together, rather than trying to feed the heater wire through two pins
