The 100 Ohm in series with the positive power along with the 47uf cap to ground forms a low pass filter, to take noise off the power supply  ..... the values chosen will produce a cutoff around 30hz

Not 100% sure yet. I'm looking for a cardboard box to do a mock up!

I reckon it's going to be tight but should just about be ok. assuming there's enough height to mount the circuit above the pots.

I put the LED down by the stomp, and DC socket at the top.

That could be an option, I do prefer my DC sockets at the top.

Because the  switch sits higher than the pots is there room for the vero to sit on the backs of the bottom 2 pots and still clear the dpdt switch and jacks? 

How tall is the greenie and the tallest electro?

Because it took me bloody ages to start thinking 3 dimensionally and measuring things properly I ruined quite a few enclosures when I started by assuming things would fit because it ‘looked about right’

It was an expensive lesson to learn.  These days I triple check everything and plan it out on the pc first.

Greenie is 13mm including the width of the veroboard. The electros are both shorter.

In fact 15mm if I put the Vero on the table and measure including the thickness of the soldered joints under the Vero.

Can you bend it over at all?  Anything over 11mm gets pretty tight in a 1590b.

I found them a bit stiff when pushing the DC jack in. How did you get on with them?

It’s a little tighter than the bigger dc sockets in the earlier pics but I think they’re fine.  I definitely prefer the smaller ones when I put the dc socket at the top.  

Also because I never use batteries I don’t need the extra connection on the larger 2.1mm sockets.
