If you have a look at the Gibson acoustic that's going for what seems like a good price, check out the 1-star review from a purchaser on Nov '17. Damaged packaging and a headstock repair! The guitar that they're selling is surely the same one but with no specifics about condition apart from used - as new.  To be avoided, methinks.
