Feedback pedal pot wiring help

I've just made a feedback loop pedal from this schematic:



Going for a Total Sonic Annihilation vibe. 

However, when I turn the pot clockwise, the volume of the loop goes down (I'm guessing this is because I'm increasing the resistance but I'm not sure). Is there a way of wiring the pot so the volume will go up when I turn it clockwise?

I would also like to buffer this to keep the signal strong - any ideas?
