Just burped my wife’s ipad

after my wife declined my offer to buy her a new ipad (hers is about 7 years old, and she’s been looking after me a lot while I’ve been ill for a few months) she has just proceeded to drop it in the lounge in our wood floor, and it then had a bright green screen  which no resetting and off/ons would fix. All screens are substantially green

cue me searching on google, and believe it or not various people say hit it, 3 times!?

i found a YouTube clip where the guy does this.

its really old and really low spec so what the hell

hold it like a baby and burp it by slapping the back a couple of times, and voila - perfect colours again 

who would have known ?  Who works these things out?

Heard about that before, it's basically trying to reconnect something I believe - a very close connection that can be forced back together.
