Not another what amp can I use at home thread

I have just received my new Blackstar HT1-RH and matching cab (in bronco Tolex - fancy) and have been playing about for a while.  I think I can conclusively say that, in power terms, 1 watt is more than adequate for use in the home, and I haven't been able to turn it up more than half way and it's still f*****g loud.

Seems like a nicely made bit of kit too and I already found some more than passable tones...............

Nice! Be good to hear how you get on with it over the coming weeks.
Does the tone change much as you crank the volume?

It’s a cool amp. It arguably had the nicest sounding overdrive channel in the range too IMO

I have an HT1-R - Fantastic little amps, perfect for small footprint home playing. Don't think i've even made it to halfway volumewise

I'm not convinced about that yet but it's early days.
