Fryette Power Station or Line 6 Power Cube?

in Amps
Currently in search of a backup plus something to add a little flexibility to my rig.
i have a channel switching valve head, 2x12 closed back and 1x 12 open back cabinet. I also have a Helix on my board and a Tech 21 RK5.
The Fryette will give me the option of attenuating my amp, running in stereo and going in place of my amp with either the Helix or RK5 with the 1 x12 cab
The Power Cab could possibly go in stereo, be used in place of the amp completely, be paired with the RK5 for a super portable rig and also be used to monitor/amplify acoustic guitar.
Is is there any angles to this that you guys with experience of these bits of gear think I might be over looking?
