Get an old keeley analogue modded boss ce2 chorus - very chewy!
Roland said: Scales are primarily a tool for categorising knowledge, not a rule for what can or cannot be played.
Supportact said: [my style is] probably more an accumulation of limitations and bad habits than a 'style'.

    Two on my bicycle.

    Alright:
    One dunlop crybaby (fun)
One green behringer (TS clone, okay, not much used with modelling amp)
One homemade treble boost (just about makes unity gain)

I'm at the bizarre point where I'm buying more pedals to use less

Like to keep it simple really. Tuner, comp, Strymon möbius, od, timeline. That's it. More than enough than I'll need ;)

At the height of my addiction I had well over 100. Scaled it down to around 50 now. Despite actually being happy with my pedalboard I still find myself looking for more.

    At last count...

    image

Though I've changed quite a lot since them. Sold quite a few, recycled a few and built some others...

Oh and I have two commercial pedals (a WET reverb and a EQD Rainbow machine) and a AD/A Flanger clone made by someone else.

    Addiction... what's that then?

    Tuners x 2
    Dirt/boost x 10
    Modulation x9
    Delay x 3
    Reverb x 2
    Looper x 1

Which is still not enough to make up for my lack of talent.

Edit: +1 bass limiter & +1 multi effects.

Surely you don't have all those on a board at the same time I.e. 2 x tuners etc :)

This is a good question to answer for me, because it means I can do an audit. I keep gassing for stuff so it means I can see if there's genuine need for new gear.

    Vox Wah

    Behringer Fuzz
    Joyo Deluxe Crunch
    Daphon SD-1 Clone
    Boss Heavy Metal HM-2

    Digitech Digidelay
    Behringer analogue delay.

So that's seven. Definitely room for a few more I think...

No not on the same board. I have a pedaltrain 2 with 9 pedals on. The rest get scattered about for home practice/bass/musical onanism etc.

Just remembered, I also have a boss bass limiter (to limit my crap bass playing) and Yamaha DG stomp.

All a bit silly really especially when I do play out I normally just take a tuner & a boost. Nice to have options though isn't it?

I just like shiney boxes I guess.

Current count is about 50 or so

    Fuzz 11
    OD 11
    Boost 7
    Comp 2
    Delay 4
    Reverb 3
    Buffer 1
    Mod 6
    Preamp 1
    Tuner 2
    Looper 1
    Volume 1
    Wah 1
I probably should do a clear out at some point. I just found I would always end up regretting my last pedal sale and want it back a few weeks after it left the house, so I just hoard them these days!

Ironically when I'm using my Tone King Falcon at home I tend not to even bother with pedals!  It takes them very well but other than a bit of delay or reverb that's all it really needs

I don't have one single pedal, I like the sounds people get with em but can't be bothered with batteries, power supplies and the tap dancing to change patch's. Someone needs to invent a simple remote on \ off port that's fitted to every pedal. Then you could turn on an overdrive, delay and reverb pedal with one tap on one pedal. If I was into pedals I would have to include that

3, one of which is broken (tuner, bass overdrive, partly-working EHX Muff).

Don't find I need 'em for most of what I do these days.
