It's a cheap option so I imagine it's not much good for the experienced/regular user, but Aldi have their 1200W variable speed router on sale again from Sunday @ £29.99 on its own or £39.98 with a set of bits.  The router has a 3 year warranty.

I've used a previous years version of these.  My impression was that the router was usable enough but the table was a bit crap.  The plastic fence on the one I used was out of true.
