Sunday 26th Aug - 2 mins off the M6 so easy access

Guitars4You will once again be exhibiting at this show so come along and say hi, be it new or familiar faces

Not sure what stock I'm taking yet, but if any guitars listed on my web site are of interest to you, then let me know a couple of days before hand and I can bring them along for sale/evaluation - Will have some great deals on strings (leading brands) + I'm sure some spares, bits n bobs and nick nacks

getting prepare now with stock for the show - mainly taking some Fender Custom Shop models - Plus a few good deals on strings - Hope to see some familiar faces as well as some new faces

more used at such shows - pedals - spares + accessories - etc plus guitars

I like the Rheged centre, drove past it today on the way back from Scotland. Unfortunately it’s two days too early for popping into the show!

Glad I got there early, it was absolutely packed by lunchtime.
An enjoyable few hours shuffling around sideways, trying not to knock too many guitars over.

I was disappointed with the show, for the second or third year running now.

Apart from a small minority of nice shop stands (Guitars4You, Frets & Promenade Music) with some lovely pieces on display, and a couple of local builders (Reiver & Haydn Williams) the rest of it was like a flea market.  Shabby stands on the whole trying to flog, frankly, overpriced tat that you'd struggle to give away on eBay.

I give it the benefit of the doubt every year, being on my doorstep, but won't bother next year as it never gets any better.

Isn’t that the point of these types of shows??

I said a similar thing as we were leaving, adding Fylde Guitars into the list of good stuff of course.
