Hello,.

Anyone got a pair of cheap(ish) powered monitors, or monitors with an amp?
Old/tatty stuff OK as long as it works.

I am SE based and would rather collect if poss, will travel a bit but nothing 100s miles away.

    Got a couple of Alesis Monitor 1 Mark 2 powered monitors that are gathering dust at my place (metaphorically!). Replaced them about a year ago and never got round to moving them on.

    In great nick with a couple of small marks.

    I'm also in Herts and have a pair of these Wharfedale Pro Diamond 8.1 .. they were highly regarded as a top budget monitor. They are spotless and hardly used. Here's a review:
