I believe the plan was always to come out of Chapter 11 by Sept - Henry taking a break then a consultancy role - Temporary CEO until new appointment

According to the Nashville post, the deal is done and Henry J is going on a "extended vacation" and his pay out will be "smaller than expected"

I don't play Gibson's, never have, but this is the best news I've heard in a long time
