Hi guys,

I've made the decision to sell a lot (most actually) of my electric guitars. I'm just going to keep a couple around.

I've also decided to keep one or two acoustics, but realistically one should be enough.

I currently have a Martin 00-18V, which I bought second hand and initially I thought the guitar was quite dull, but it's been opening up and I do enjoy playing it more recently.

I've heard good things about the CEO-7, it's similar sized, also has the V neck which I like and sounds bigger.

Anyone played both and can give me some of their thoughts? I'm going to try and head over to a store to try the CEO-7 as well.

Thanks

  • I have a CEO-7 and it is a lovely guitar. Balanced, full and loud but pretty small body so very comfortable.  I think it is a good all round guitar personally.

Yep, that's what I've heard, everything seems to point for a very nice guitar for the money. I'm wondering how it compares to the 00-18V. I'm going to have to head to a store and try the CEO-7 out.
