What amp for this lead tone?

As per title. I need to play the lead bits of this song and want to select the right amp model on my amplifire.

I'm not familiar with the sound. So I'm guessing it's not a clean Fender (which is my usual tone). Is it a vox tone? Yes... I could try the amp models one by one but I'd rather spend my time practising the lines!

Try a Roland JC with a wee smidge of chorus.

WTF have I just watched!!! LOL

Firstly, if you are playing that no one watching is going really care if it is a Fender or Vox,but if I had to pick I would go Vox, I got a faint sniff of the shadows at the guitar solo part.

I am no tone hound and usually don't bother. The notes are the most important! but this is for an audition so I thought I'd put in more effort and get it close.

Sounds like a song that should have been on the legendary NME C86 cassette, which I bought at the time and still own by the way. That band are better heard than seen though.

Just watching some live stuff on YouTube, you can’t see what the guitarists are plugged into but the rythmn guitar has that slow chorus thing going on at times and the other guitar is very clean, to my ears a bit of Afro pop which would be JC120 with some chorus. 
If they hadn’t been listening to 80s Afro pop ( although that might explain why they entire track in the OP sounds like it was mastered on an old cassette) they might have been listening to Vampire Weekend who used JC120s on some of their stuff.

I imagined for the video they had some local youths pretending to be in the band but no that is what they look like. Good for them, looks aren’t everything...

Thanks gentlemen for the input. I've set up a nasal yet muted vox model and it will do. Unfortunately I dont have a chorus, so I've set my Echorec pedal to minimum delay time to get some movement in the notes.
