Bluetooth for car

After growing sick of the aux lead slipping out of my S7 when playing music whilst driving I'm looking at getting a device to connect into the car's speakers via bluetooth. My car isn't advanced enough to have built in bluetooth system but I Know there are adaptors and stuff you can plug in?

What is the best one to get?

I bought some insanely cheap ones on amazon - a little box that has an aux input (i think). You get 2 in a set, pair them up and it transmits that way.

very surprised how well they worked, only bought 2 sets to test out a cheap solution for a headphone splitter whilst wandering around with a friend.

I may be being slightly stupid but would a 2007 Fiesta Climate actually already have a bluetooth system installed? If so I never realised and can't locate how to activate it!!

I wouldnt think so too early a model.  Amazon bluetooth adapters really cheap just plug in input socket

I've got the same radio as in this video and I've just tried searching for the BT function but its not there so I'm going to need an adaptor I think!

There are some 2007 ford's which have Bluetooth buttons as some models supported it but they don't do anything.

Yeah I couldn't find the BT sign so I assume its not supported.
