Berlin Station - TV spy series

Anyone here watched the new (to the U.K.) tv spy series? It’s been running in the States for a couple of years and doing well so I was interested to see the first UK episode last Thursday.

I found it initially a bit too fragmented as it worked to set the scene: Lots of CIA and German intelligence characters but as the episode progressed into a hunt for an Edward Snowden type villain leaking sensitive information to the Berlin press it became more gripping. It’ll be interesting to see how the next episode develops.

One problem I had, which is equally true of other similar American series, was trying to catch all that the actors were saying. In fairness my hearing has suffered somewhat from years of gigging with loud amps but I still find dialogue in British programmes mainly ok. Anyone else have this problem with American dialogue?
