Polishing Guitar

Hi all,

Is it possible for a rooky like me to polish fine scratches out of a nitro body finish? Previous owner seems to have put lots of micro scratches in the finish which look terrible in certain light.

Any advice welcome!

Have you got any pics Si? Nitro will mark very easily tbh. My own strat had an immaculate back on it, now it’s covered in micro scratches and swirls so needless to say I don’t bother trying to keep it tidy.

T Cut then polish is the cheap way
Eternashine Guitar scratch remover and Polish kit ( internet purchase) is the expensive but very good way
