Several of the plastic parts look wrong. The proportions of the control cavity cover plate and the pickup surrounds are wrong. The truss rod cover looks like the overpriced grot that can be bought via eBay. The humbucker covers look plausible but could have been removed from genuine USA pickups. The filister headed polepiece screws look too domed. Wrong strap buttons. The serial number is not clearly shown in close up. (I wonder why?) The logo looks like a copy of the "signature" decal used on recent SE models.

Most tellingly, what dentist or lawyer would sell in anything other than the original case and with all of the cardboard 'n' string bits?

Avoid.

Clearly a fake that's had a set of prs low mass winged tuners added to fool the buyer

I might be in a minority but I think it is genuine. Yes, there are some things that are a bit off, like the tuners being from the wrong year, but I think it's just a guitar that someone has modified/messed about with. The finish has obviously been stripped from the neck. The strap buttons have been changed for what look like locking Schallers. The pole-pieces might just be sitting unusually high or were originally gold and have been replaced, but I've never seen a fake PRS that looked anywhere near that close to genuine.
