For Sale mint  Gretsch G6120DSW, 1950s Vintage Japanese re-issue with full Western appointments and Gretsch hard case. Made in 2010.

I'm selling this on behalf of a friend of a friend who's lost her husband, and I have the guitar in my possession.

The guitar is immaculate and if I had the space I'd keep it - plays really well, one dent on the hard case which I've shown in pictures.

I've spoken the to widow and she's after £1500 for an easy sale.

    Depends in the day. Should sell quite quickly at around £1100-£1300.  You might get as much as £1600, but could take months.

    This means that you're well into your 50th year already. Present time is any time. That's how I pitched it to McTootess, who bought me a Feline for my 50th (not until late Feb)...

    It's a solid pitch - go for it.

    I’ve had plenty of Gretsches, but never owned one of these, hence the interest. I’m not into Americana usually, but despite its country style markings, it’s a handsome beasts.  Always fancied a G-brand Gretsch.  

    Ah well, someone got a beautiful guitar. Hope they got a good deal.
