Anyone know what Suhr V60LP and DSV+ pickups are like in a Strat?

I’m planning to build a bitsa Strat and I've had this Suhr guard lying around for years, with V60LP single coils and a DSV+ bridge bucker. It’s got a push-push tone control which I guess splits the humbucker. The guard fits a Strat body, albeit the screw holes are in slightly different places. But I’ve no idea what these pickups will sound like in a Strat, has anyone used them and know how they sound, compared with vintage-sounding pickups? Many thanks.

The V60LPs are more mid-heavy than most vintage style Strat pick-ups and lack ‘sparkle’ to my ears. If you want a ‘muscular’ sounding Strat, they’re a good choice - if you want ‘air’ and clarity, there are better options. 

The two Suhrs I owned had them fitted - I can’t remember what model the bridge HBs were - but they sounded okay. If that sounds like damning with faint praise - it is. They were unremarkable....

For Suhr Strat pickups I like the ML Standards; vintage sounding but with just a bit more welly, but they retain that Stratiness.

Good in a bright guitar, or if you want a 'rock' or 'jazz' strat IMHO.
