Right, i know ive only had this a month or so, but i havent bonded with it. Its a gorgeous guitar and totally immaculate with factory Hiscox case, coil taps etc etc.still has the protective film on the scratch plate !

    That's right. Around 2003/4 they switched because they stopped making the push/push - unfortunately.

    That's an absolute beauty, and I've heard great things about these as regards playability and tone.  I'll have to resist personally, as I already have a 335 and various archtops, but I'm sure you'll have no difficulty selling or trading.

    As an ex owner of a 63 Custom Shop 335 I can attest that the Yamaha is actually much better made and offers a different flavour to a 335, possibly more 355 like iyswim

  • Would you be interested in swapping for a G&L Comanche in Blueburst which has had a Buzz Feiten setup, or a Gibson es339 which has had the bridge and tailpiece upgraded, Bareknuckle Mule pickups put in, a bone nut and upgraded tuners?
