Plans change and I never really used this much so it's in very good condition with not much use and no faults.
Note that this is the upgraded US-144 version with (not the inferior US-122 version)

Comes with USB cable.  No software disk but latest software drivers can be downloaded from: http://tascam.com/product/us-144mkii/downloads
