Recommendations for drum kit amp

What's Hot
neice got an electronic drum kit for Xmas, but didn’t get an amp. I want to get that for her.

What do you guys recommend for home use?  Headphones out would be a neighbour friendly feature.

Cheers

Marlin

I think at college we used whatever bass amp was available - something clean with headroom

I would think something similar to a DXR10 , they can be angled as they are monitor style,  or maybe a small keyboard amp by Roland

Other than joyless drums, she’s only got a Ukulele!

Good choice. Looks like it does more than the Carlsbro for slightly less money, even though it might be less of a ‘dedicated’ drum amp.

I just don’t like Carlsbro, and couldn’t convince  myself to give them money. I had a few of their amps in the 80’s, and have hated the brand ever since. Bloody awful things. The Cobra amp was particularly sucky!

I’m sure this one is good, but it’s not for me.
