It's locked onto EE or T Mobile and I think it can also be used on Orange. It's in good condition and comes with the charger. I'm happy to post it if needs be assuming cleared funds etc . . . It was my contract mobile for 2 years but I've just had an upgrade so it's good to go . . . It will be reset to factory standards and supplied with a Pay as You Go Sim . . Sensible offers or Open to trades . . 
Id just like to point out that, despite all the video and DNA evidence, it genuinely wasn't me, your Honour  !
