Really....you need to sharpen up !  Bet it leaves a coloured rash on your buckle.

I love watching a guitar build and that one was really interesting - not sure I'd like such a heavy strat though!

(although maybe he should have spent a bit more time tuning it)

i had a similar idea using human fingers but the judge stopped me  after I collected the first 16.I might try the pencil idea when I get out .

Seems odd to go to such a huge amount effort and then put cheap and nasty hardware on it, but then I like the tone he gets at the end from that tiny amplifier, so maybe I'm just being a snob.

pretty cool, looks very tedious to build, but to take it to the next level he could have made a pixelated picture with the colours

I was thinking something like your name within the body - so one colour for the main body and your name in multiple colours - Or indeed your favorite football team in a scarf format - All on a custom order - New option for an art format - Although to be honest I'd rather buy a good alder body and get a custom finish, in one guise or another, as required
