NGD: 1984 USA BC Rich Warlock

Not something you see every day...

I had been on the hunt for a US BC Rich for a while, and just couldn't pass on the opportunity to get this at a great price.

1984 Warlock (although it is totally mint, you would never guess this guitar is 34 years old)! Single humbucker, floyded, neck-thru lovelyness! Plays and sounds amazing. I am really happy!

I used to have a white Warlock back in my teenage thrash days. I've always hankered after an old Bich with the 3 a side 'R' headstock...

Basically its a pre amp switch, so it has two volumes and a tone knobs. Not as many switches as some of the vintage BC Rich guitars.... they would have me totally bamboozled!!!

I see, another thing I noticed is that the dot markers on the fretboard are not quite in line, is it just me or are they really like that?

I don't think I took the photo from the best angle... all the single dot inlays are in line, but on the 12th fret the upper dot is slightly closer to the edge of the fretboard than the lower dot.

TBH I wouldn't care if it was on the 13th fret, my OCD us on ice as this is a killer guitar!

That's lovely. Proper old BC Rich headstock as well, as it should be (I also like the 6-per-side minty headstocks, but not the newer ones). Fantastic condition, doesn't look like there's a ding on it!!

Issues with the guitar? I had the explorer version and it was flawless..
