Couldn't get past the first minute - fifty times he says "soddering"!!!!

That can't be down to dialect or accent - it's plain gibberish.

Why is it that anyone from North America can not say a simple word (not just this chap!).  Not like it's in common usage, so would be picked up by copying either...

I'm afraid that is absolutely the way the everyone in the States says it.

Dave is quality, I watch his videos on youtube all the time. More for entertainment than educational, although some of it is the later

I don't get that at all. It does my head in when yanks say soder.
